A Cowboy’s Guide to Crisis Management

Mike Herman was living in Durham when DCVB was founded 20 years ago. Before he moved away, he was part of a team that helped us realize that marketing isn’t just promoting the positive. There are times when marketing has to also defend and manage a community’s brand.
